ReplyDeleteTeam 3 can write an article comparing disease monitoring across Latin American countries. The intent is to understand the different practices, organizational structures, and methods employed. The focus could be on how the process of disease monitoring was institutionalized within each country (what organizations, capabilities, and products were deployed) before the COVID-19 pandemic. A final section would address how each country has adapted its disease monitoring processes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
